Estate Planning
A Will is important for anyone over the age of 18 and especially important as you start accumulating assets (items of value) or growing your family. As soon as you have more than $15,000 in assets you cross a legal threshold that requires formal administration (probate) of your assets in order for them to be distributed according to your wishes. We have a referral partnership with Footprint to provide you access to an online Will Service, or if you require an Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA), Complicated will or Trust then these can be referred to Perpetual Guardian at a discounted rate. A referral to Footprint is with your permission and you will receive an email with an offer for a discount.
